- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I don't know what these other reviews are about but this is the best DMV in the area. It's the only one that you can call directly and speak to someone whenever you have a quick question. They are also usually pretty quick and very helpful. (I went to Binghamton a few times and they are always PACKED, plus they gave me the wrong papers one of the times I went there instead of Sidney!!)By Adam William, April 29, 2017
